No clue why people still use them. Tried them twice during covid. $79.99 fee first time, 2nd even more. Never got any of the stimulus packages. They were deposited and instantly withdrawn. Pretty sure they just robbed me. Went back to filing for free. Have gotten more back then from when they did it and stole. Just a bunch of thieves. Don't ever use a tax preparation place. 1. Took like a month to prepare the tax, we submitted just a week before the deadline. 2. Does not respond on the portal, and had to call many times. 3. They give many promises about when they would file or respond. but nothing happen. it is simple, if you cannot keep your word, don't give.
