No clue why people still use them. Tried them twice during covid. $79.99 fee first time, 2nd even more. Never got any of the stimulus packages. They were deposited and instantly withdrawn. 1. Took like a month to prepare the tax, we submitted just a week before the deadline. 2. Does not respond on the portal, and had to call many times. 3. They give many promises about when they would file or respond. but nothing happen. it is simple, if you cannot keep your word, don't give.
