The lady that helped me lost one of my forms, and only reported that I made 6000 dollars in one year, then rushed me out when I came in to get it corrected. She then waited til April 16th to correct it, and I’ve paid so many government fees over this it isn’t even funny. She then tried to turn the blame on me when I called, and said “Well you should have turned them all in the first time.” I just got an 855 dollar tax bill from the state of OHIO over this, and they do not back the guarantee I paid 300 dollars for.
Kelly is so sweet! We got screwed on taxes last year. She really took the time to help us this year! First time ever going to her and I will forever be back! Thank you Kelly for truly caring it means so much to us
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATIONS. There was a mistake on my 2022 taxes and they never let me know after filing. I went to them this year to correct and found the mistake. After I spoke with them they never contacted me back to let me know it was taken care of or anything. I have made several calls and attempts to contact, only to find out they are now closed for the summer.
I visited the H&R Block in Trenton, Ohio on April 17th. Kelly is the specialist for small business tax preparation. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable person to do the job. She was very efficient, knew her job inside and out, and her work far exceeded my expectations. Kelly has this new customer for life!
