All my years using H&R Block I have never encountered a tax advisor/agent such as Ann L. Shade. She does not see you as just a number. She is patient, takes her time going over everything. Two years in a row I owed close to 2k to the IRS. Unlike the previous advisors she did not just sent me on my miserable way.
