I have used them for the past three years (originally as an LLC and then transitioned to an S-Corp). Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THIS YEAR. Terrible communication, they made countless mistakes and missed documents on both my business and personal taxes, and my personal taxes need to be refiled because they missed tax credits I WORKED TO GET MYSELF if I can ever get a response back. The staff in this office take something daunting and scary like doing taxes and make it easy and actually pleasant. Elvira has helped me for two years now and I’m making it a point to come back because of how warm, affable and knowledgeable she is; she always goes above and beyond. Hadessah (I probably butchered that, but it’s NOT “Odessa”!!) at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and started my morning off right. Highly recommend this location, it’s why I switched over to H&R Block from my previous tax service.
