The staff in this office take something daunting and scary like doing taxes and make it easy and actually pleasant. Elvira has helped me for two years now and I’m making it a point to come back because of how warm, affable and knowledgeable she is; she always goes above and beyond. Hadessah (I probably butchered that, but it’s NOT “Odessa”!!) at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and started my morning off right. Highly recommend this location, it’s why I switched over to H&R Block from my previous tax service.
Very rude do not come here to do taxes if they are complicated cause they don't know nothing
