The older lady who answered the phone at this location was condescending and rude. I was asking questions from this office for help with my taxes and speaking down to me was not appreciated. I won't be returning to H&R block again. EDIT (response to owner): Your office being "dedicated to providing exceptional service" failed to do so. I don't care for your copy and paste response. Knowing your staff member is tanking your business is enough satisfaction for me - do whatever you want with her.
We arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment and were the only customers in the waiting room while one customer was being helped. We waited for 40 minutes so we left. We received no apology for the wait. We will use TurboTax.
Horrible customer service. The office staff that answers the phone has no knowledge on anything. I tried to book an appointment and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Nothing was completed. Don't waste time with this location.
