I absolutely love the ladies at this location Ms. Marisa Thomas is wonderful. Very kind. I think your receptionist is very friendly and kind. They all need a a raise. I think it’s hard to find friendly people to do such a great job.
My tax professional was not very knowledgeable. Didnt assist and guide with the filling process .. missed adding important details or asking the right questions. Was also rude when i questioned the filling as i was not satisfied with the results.
I am amazed of how professional and accurate Mss. Binita was on fixing my taxes. We went back to 2017 and I lost a few w2 forms, but she took the time and not only helped me attain those documents but also got me money back when I supposed to owe. Exceptional service! Thank you very much!
