An employee of H&R Block-India accessed our US My Block and fraudulently submitted a tax return. When our return was rejected from the IRS it was due to them already receiving one. We reached out to H&R Block local office (Decherd, TN) and the regional director would not return our call. We reached out to H&R Tax Identity Shield, who will take a call yet for six weeks has not done a thing other than confirm they knew it came from the India office.
