Very disappointing experience. I filed my 2024 taxes with H&R Block along with W-7 applications for my dependents. The W-7 was rejected three times due to errors, which significantly delayed the ITIN process. As a result, the IRS denied my dependent tax credits, causing a financial loss of about $1,000. This could have been avoided with proper preparation. I expected professional service, but this was a costly mistake.
Priscilla helped me file my complex expat taxes last minute and really bailed me out of a super stressful situation. I will definitely continue to do my taxes with her and H&R Block in the future.
