Update on HR BLOCK. It’s been almost a year (10 months actually) our taxes from this past year remain incomplete. Five people from HR looked at our taxes starting with our preparer Jennifer. My husband told her something wasn’t right, and continued to persue the issue only to be handed off to more tax preparers. Well we figured out we are owed over 9k. No thanks to HR.
