Should have never given them a second chance after messing up my taxes after my divorce. Need an amendment done, and they still had difficulty with this. Would absolutely go anywhere else other than this location.
Definitely not the place to get your taxes done. I received a letter from the IRS in late May of 2024 regarding a huge overlook on the tax preparers part and am just now receiving a resolution and a tax bill from the IRS for her oversight. There was no urgency on her part to get this resolved but I can understand when the IRS isn’t after YOUR wrongful taxes. Go to someone who takes the time, communicates, and who is capable of holding themselves accountable when a mistake is made.
Definitely the place to get your taxes done.
The team on staff are absolutely wonderful and the reason I don’t file myself online! I always go to Erika and the receptionist Maddie and the rest of the staff are all so welcoming and sweet which you don’t always get during tax season! Thank you all!
