Don't Ever call HR Block on Lake st. I just got the answering service, it was a lady with a country accent. The reason I say that is because she didn't give her name or badge #, I explained EVERYTHING I been going through (very hard times). All I needed was for someone in the Lake St. office to get my paperwork ready to pick up. Easy enough right?¿?
