Horrible experience! Got there 45 minutes early and we waited until ten minutes after the time of our appointment and was told it would be another 20 minutes after that. Will never go back to this place!
Been doing business with them for several years. Waited almost 2 months for my refund to find out if still sitting in their office.Not one phone call not one letter maild to me. Then add-on another week because the district manager.Charles didn't know his job either. I paid over $600 and my taxes to be done.Not one cent.Did they take off and now I have to wait what another three weeks. Incompetent group. Of professionals.
