This was our first experience with a taxagent and we were extremely pleased. Miss Joy Redden was so helpful and so kind to us. She answered all of questions and gave us advice. We will be coming back next year! We had a great experience and they proved that they cared about us as individuals, which brought us of peace of mind.
A huge shout out to Joy Redding she is by farnthe best tax lady and I will never ever let anyone do my taxes but her, she is an absolute pleasure to just talk to and the care and concern she has has also made her my friend .
Everyone was helpful and knowledgable, and they made filing my state and federal returns easy. I used them last year and went back again this year, and I fully anticipate I'll return to them again next year.
