The service i got.
Don't even deserve a single star. Place is disgusting and John Casteel was rude. Then he messed up my routing and account number for direct deposit. I called him a week later (after filing) to double check my routing number and account number was correct and three numbers where missing. And would not put the correct numbers in. Talked to the ladies at my local bank and they said I was the 10th person in the last week who has came in with this problem from him. If you value your time and money go anywhere else.
