The quality of service I recivied it was great and outstanding
As a first time customer the lack of customer service was horrible. Feeling like there was no sense of help or urgency to the reason of my visit just loses customer value. Giving just a phone to call and not even help understand why I need to call this number. Could it be that I just wasn’t working with the right people maybe or could it be because who I was filling for an “inmate” lead to why I got poor service who knows. Do better, is all I am going to say.
