Very smooth appointment process; clean and organized facilities amicable staff and a very professional and knowledgeable on tax filling bilingual person.
Do not recommend just pay for the software it will be 100% easier, faster, cheaper and much better experience.
I walked in and was not turned away. Great tax analyst Holly K Forristall was up to date on information, she also takes classes when it’s not tax season to stay in touch so she can help you with whatever your needs may be. Only took about 30 minutes of mine and my husband’s time
Very quick turn around for s.all tax issues. The staff is great and always willing to answer questions. Liz has work with me for years and has always done the best for me. She'll offer different options to best suit need or plan.
