Incompetent/unknowledgeable office. Thisa filled out my taxes incorrectly despite my explaining my situation and bringing all relevant paperwork/documents. I had to have someone else at the office re-do them and fix the obvious mistakes. Now waiting 16 weeks for amended return (thousands more than what she had me receiving originally). Shouldn’t be working on people’s returns.
H&R Block is the best. Quick, efficient, friendly, and overall a life saver. My tax preparer, Barb McCarthy, has taken care of my family and myself for years. Amazing woman. Can’t say enough good things!
Had my taxes done by Patruck at the western lights plaza location he did an excellent job would definitely recommend Patryck going forward to anyone who's looking to get their taxes done
