Laraine Humbert did a great job preparing my return. I have been a repeat customer of hers for years. She is very knowledgeable and makes tax time pleasant and stress free...and I did receive a bigger tax refund than I expected!
Alone as a person who isn't app savvy I didn't like the app but once I Met with a professional who could explain it all well my mind was changed! For me personally online and in person is a good plan if you are a busy person who doesn't have an hour or don't have all your ducks in a row when filing season comes! S. W. Totally eased my worries. DO NOT choose this location for your taxes! Worst tax experience I've ever had. I have been filing my taxes with H&R block for the past 4year and have never had such a negative experience. I had an in-person appointment to file taxes and the 'tax-pro' was frazzled and couldn't complete our taxes without a lot of help. Even with the help she received, she was unable to complete it - skipped lines, and said we didn't need to add information that we definitely did.
