Janie lied. If she asks you if you want your money now, decline. She's only trying to get a commission from the card they push. You in fact don't get your refund the same day. I went to her in April.. I still have no refund. I won't have it until June. Not sure about anyone else at this location, but beware of Janie.
Mrs. Janie is an excellent tax preparer‼️ She is very knowledgeable, detailed and professional. Her customer service is top tier. It’s has always been a pleasure ever since we were introduced. I travel all the way from Jacksonville, which is about 30 minutes away. I pass other offices, because love our business customer relationship. Mrs. Janie is the bomb.com. I highly recommend her services.
