This place is terrible. They verbally abuse, demean, degrade and insult the elderly. My mother did the taxes, and now she's passed away my dad went looking for help. They made him wait an hour after his appt and helped others that came in after him. Would laugh in his face when he asked questions. When he asked for the servicer to be more respectful, the man crumbled up my dad's own documents, threw them at him and told him to get out. DO NOT go here. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people. Date 3/7/2024
