I love the peace of mind that H&R Block gives me when doing my taxes. The Shop City Branch is my go to But this yr I gave the Downtown Branch a go. Monique was such a pleasure to work with. She made time for me during my busy schedule to do most of my tax prep before I even came into the office. Most convenient area and the people are always greeting you with a smile. Employees are all kind every time.
With so many high reviews I had high expectations. The lack of professionalism was appalling. Jill, the tax representative, missed a meeting without explanation. She also told me she would get necessary paperwork done and get back to me but has not contacted me. The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because H&R's customer service agents were polite and professional.
