I'm still waiting on my tax return from 2024. H and R Block have screwed around with me by not telling me I need an irs ID. I'm never getting my tax done with them anymore.
Five yrs later n we're still together H&R Block. I love the peace of mind that H&R Block give me when doing my taxes. The Shop City Branch is my go to and the staff is exceptional. PJ is always on point. Monique, Alexis, and Rayn are such a pleasure to see greeting me as I arrive for my appointment. And this yr Joanna blew me away.
