The Schnecksville office is the H & R Block everyone should be using! The entire staff is approachable and thoroughand. Highly Recommended! Great team, very organized and easy to talk to, answered all my questions and concerns! The Best of the Best I'd say by far! My experience has been amazing. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable.
Way over priced. Not worth a simple tax return. Next year I will be using turbo tax.
I would never recommend this H and R block to anyone, ever. Joan has been nothing but rude and unhelpful with every encounter. Taxes are something you go to professionals about because you are unsure and want to make sure things are organized and done right….. and she is NOT the one to do that for you. Ignorant comments, being hung up on multiple times and not returning phone calls are just a few of the run ins with this establishment. Stay away!
