DO NOT GO TO THE 15 mile van dyke location!! JOANNE the “MANAGER” needs to be terminated or demoted!!!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for March 1st @10 a.m. I called couple days prior and spoke to one of the gentleman on the phone about my issue. I was told even if I’ve never gone thru H&R Block before they will take a second look at my tax returns and can even go back up to 3 years. We always go see Kathie Booth because she is very thorough going over our taxes each year. I used Turbo Tax before but I feel more confident with Kathie knowing the laws regarding taxes. No worries that something was reported incorrectly. She knows her taxes and we look forward to seeing her every year. Give Kathie a try, and don't worry about tax time anymore.
