DO NOT GO TO THE 15 mile van dyke location!! JOANNE the “MANAGER” needs to be terminated or demoted!!!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for March 1st @10 a.m. I called couple days prior and spoke to one of the gentleman on the phone about my issue. I was told even if I’ve never gone thru H&R Block before they will take a second look at my tax returns and can even go back up to 3 years. We always go see Kathie Booth because she is very thorough going over our taxes each year. I used Turbo Tax before but I feel more confident with Kathie knowing the laws regarding taxes.
