Update- after speacking to corperate and dealing with the not so friendly manager at the location i was given a $75 dollar refund of the $400 i spent. Good thing I found a new tax accountant for next year that isnt affiliated with H&R block so I can actually get the MOST of my refund. Ive been to this location before without any issues, this year was not the case. Our taxes were fairly simple yet the whole appointment Sue, my consultant, seemed confused.
