Live 60 miles from Sterling and drove to their office to have our taxes done . After driving to Sterling for our appointment,, we were told our appointment had been canceled. Our second attempt with this office, we showed up for an appointment and no one even showed up. We ended up driving another 45 minutes to Fort Morgan where they were very helpful. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Ft Morgan office and avoid the Sterling office at all costs....
These people working in the Sterling office are far from pros. After 4 trips to Sterling, I'm now heading to an accountant who can answer my questions about my return. So disappointed in H&R Block!
This place is an absolute joke. Please do not waste your time or your money here for any reason. They are unqualified, incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and predatory. You are paying for someone with very little tax knowledge or training to enter your tax info into a “turbo tax” type system and then charge a huge fee to do it. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism in this office. The office manager tries to bully customers when they make a mistake on their behalf. Most of the employees that work there do not have the first clue about how to do taxes other than a simple TurboTax app
