This place is an absolute joke. Please do not waste your time or your money here for any reason. They are unqualified, incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and predatory. You are paying for someone with very little tax knowledge or training to enter your tax info into a “turbo tax” type system and then charge a huge fee to do it. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism in this office. The office manager tries to bully customers when they make a mistake on their behalf. Most of the employees that work there do not have the first clue about how to do taxes other than a simple TurboTax app

They are horrible if a mistake is wrong with the IRS they will keep changing you for their mistakes. H&R Block in Sterling Colorado are a joke. Do not use them ever file on your own.
