Im absolutely disgusted with how my Mother was treated after walking into this office on Tuesday 4/14/26. Donna and Susan were absolutely unprofessional and should lose their jobs for bullying and being snippy to a 65 year old woman, based on false pre-tense. I’m highly offended and this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. An apology is in order for my elderly mother.
Front desk lady extremely rude, had an appointment for 2:30, didn’t get back until 3

I have been getting Debbie to do my taxes for years and always liked her. But her receptionist could use a attitude adjustment. Extremely rude! I’ll be using someone else from now on.
