Very rude and disrespectful, the lady on the phone (Who I have no idea who she was) was very rude and degrading to my mother, she put words in my mother's mouth and talked her like she was some damn lying dog, and they had the WORST attitude to the point my mother cried, (As I am making this review, she still is crying) But as a person who currently doesn't understand taxes, but filling taxes shouldn't result in making someone cry, to say this as calmly as I can, my family will most likely never come back.
Started getting our taxes done here a few years ago and I have been very happy with the results, the staff is super friendly and helpful, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
