Ngl, pretty ticked with this place. Had them file my 2024 taxes. Claimed my son. Got approved, then denied due to misentering information, then approved, then gets it rejected due to doing my mom’s taxes and for some reason puts me as a dependent on my mom’s getting mine kicked back. 2 years later I still haven’t got my $7000 federal taxes. Have called to leave messages for call back so I can file this years etc and weeks later still nothing. Someone owes me a lot of money at this point. I won’t be back.
