Tax preparer Katrina Fletch My mother and I went in today. I have a very simple tax form, no dependants and not married with one source of income. I was charged $235 for my tax prep. My mother had 3 different tax forms and was charged $235 as well. $470 in prep and we didnt even sit with this lady and hour for both of us. Very overpriced for minimal and mediocre service. Went here for years but not anymore…representative was weirdly condescending to me last year and I don’t understand why you’d ever speak to a client like that. I understand I’m young but don’t treat me like a child…treat me respectfully like every other customer who is dropping $300-$400! Also had absolutely NO empathy when I temporarily cancelled out my appointment due to losing my job…that unfortunately sealed the deal of me switching away from this location.
Filed my taxes here with Harry and he made a mistake. Years later he is retired and I am now being audited. I was told by their staff that there is nothing they can do. He made a mistake that now costs me $500. That is unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went in to ask questions and they were all very like welp nothing we can do. No help at all
