I would give 0 stars if I could! Not only were they misleading at the McHenry branch with the initial price I was quoted when I booked the appointment, they wanted over $100-$200 more than the quoted price for a basic W2! When I tried to explain that I didn't think it was fair, but that I would meet them somewhere in the middle, they wouldn't budge.
