I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this tax business. The tax specialist assigned to me completely ghosted me after meeting with me and entering my information without completing the process. My emails went unanswered, leaving me in a state of limbo and causing significant stress. The original tax preparer filed things incorrectly, which resulted in a correction notice. This is my first time reaching out to H&R Block, and Sean Gahan handled my case and submitted the amendment. It was a difficult process to identify and fix the missing parts, but he did an excellent job finding the actual mistake and correcting it. Sean is very knowledgeable and experienced to work with.
