The ladies up front were very rude! I asked a simple question and they look at you/talk to you like you are stupid and the one girl muttered something under her breath. Definitely not filing my taxes there!
Horrible! Robbed me of $344 overcharged for taxes and Brenda was super rude talked down to me like I was stupid or something. Will not go back! Save your money and file free elsewhere. This lady was really ignorant acting and rude! Who on earth charges this much for tax prep and they were supposed to call me back. They don’t deserve even a tiny bit of a star let alone a whole one.
