I got a call the other day that they messed up my 2021 taxes. They asked me to come in and sign the paper to fix the problem and get it mailed out to the IRS to get the rest of my taxes. She apologized and said she hopes I come back. I said everyone makes mistakes no worries UNTIL she says “it will be a $30 dollar charge” I’m sorry, what?! You make a mistake and now you’re going to charge me more money for your mistake? And then not even mail the paper out for me? Will absolutely never go back here.
