I can’t speak to my experience yet because I am still waiting for my appointment. It is now 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time
We had our taxes done at this location and were sent home with someone else's 1040 which included social security number, banking account information, home address, etc. After calling back, there is no peace of mind that someone else doesn't have our 1040 package or that our information is not compromised. I would not recommend H&R Block. Would have posted zero stars if possible.
