After two decades of loyal patronage, I somehow kept expecting better from your company. The only consistency with H&R has been poor service. I have finally had enough of, year after year, being made to feel like an inconvenience by your staff. Today was the last straw. I visited the Buda location after scheduling a drop off online and it was closed when I got there. Showed up at 12:50 for my 1:00 appointment. Left at 1:50 after no one was available to do my return. Guess I'll go schedule somewhere else, id suggest other people do the same.
I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and everyone is so helpful and nice , but the of this place is Teresita Rivera !!! She is definitely a Beautiful Tax Pro Rockstar !!!!

Tax rep was on his phone throughout our interaction texting and taking a personal call through our interaction. Didn't explain information clearly and overall didn't seem to care about our meeting.
