This place is a joke ! Whoever has trained these folks needs fired cause none of the the preparers know what's what's .One thinks one way and another will tell you something different just depends on the day with these people .They have allowed a non custodial parent file for a dependant that 1.does not live with filer 6 months out of the yr And the 2.Filer does not pay half of his childs income cause he only pays $100 a month in child support 3.Filer has NEVER filed with form 8332 because he doesn't have the custodial paren... read more
Whoever filed my taxes was in too much of a hurry and checked the wrong box causing the state of Illinois to say I owe resident taxes when I was NEVER a resident. Told them I was in the state at the time taxes had to be filed but was filing for a different state. Was told "no problem, we do this all the time. It will be addressed as such" Not their problem tho. Could atleast apologize and admit fault but nope. Just wanted to hurry thru it, get paid and oh well.
