I had a really good experience at H&R Block. The woman who helped me with my taxes was very professional, patient, and helpful. At one point we ran into a small issue, and two of her coworkers came over to help. They all worked together until they figured it out, which I really appreciated. It was nice to see a team that was so willing to help each other and make sure everything was done right. Overall it was a great experience and I’m very thankful for their help.
We had an appointment with Ms. Karen Fulghum and she was wonderful. Help us take care of all of documents that we normally do not have. We will see her moving forward as she made the process very enjoyable and easy. Thank you Ms. Karen - Daphne
