I had the pleasure of working with William with taxes for a non profit I am involved with. When I arrived they all were very inviting. My tax situation was a little different than normal, but William was fantastic. He asked for a little extra time to get more details so he could give me proper guidance. The next day he called and had me stop by. He gave me all the information and went the extra mile by printing the instructions. Top tier service. I highly recommend William and that location.

DO NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! I have been dealing with them very difficultly because one of their employees left and deleted all my company documentation! They couldn't find my information on their system and did not even bother to check the documents I sent them. They even messed up some of the documents that should have been sent out by the end of January! Their unprofessionalism and incompetence caused me so much trouble that I needed to sort it out myself. I wanted give Kudos to Patti Craven at the Wendell, NC H&R Block office. I had an issue with my 2024 Federal return and wasn't sure which way to turn after I got the letter from the IRS but since I had used HRB's self-filing software I decided to pay her a visit and man, she took care of the issue quickly with professionalism.
