I am very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and the quality of work of Mr. Pearson. Also all the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate the clean and well-maintained office environment.

They just didn't seem to know what they were doing! Maybe because they were the weekend crew but trying to get a loan on your tax return was the study and frustration?
