you can get better service elsewhere, from the front desk off rip bad experience, literally seems like they just hanging out with a volunteer job. the agent i had also repeated several things, however not the important information & genuinely you can do better from the comfort of your own home with turbo tax instead of wasting your time and gas to come here
Michael Lipnick was very good about taking his time and explaining everything before we moved on to the next step. He was very thorough, and very kind along with being very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get their taxes done.
