My wife had scheduled an appointment 3 weeks prior to our appointment. We received a text the day before our appointment (3/30/23) stating they have overbooked and cannot help us because they are booked the rest of the year. Every place is booked, and we cannot have our taxes filed in person. I would have more understanding if the appoint was cancelled a few days after booking it. To leave us without the ability to file our taxes in person this late in the season is very unprofessional.
