William Isaacs prepared our taxes for us and we were super impressed! We submitted our information through the portal, and he had everything ready for us when we came in for our appointment. All in all, our appointment took less than an hour and we left with our taxes filed. Highly recommend using William at this branch! He's very knowledgeable and fast. Thank you, William!
My taxes were filed over a year ago and still have not been processed by IRS. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. They NEVER answer the phone. WORST SERVICE.
I was apprehensive about using H and R because it was the first time in 20 years that my CPA did not prepare my taxes. But Gustave Green made it so easy and stress free-truly excellent service!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don’t expect your taxes done properly, or a refund from H&R Block when they utterly screw them up. Abysmal customer service and service in general. Zero respect, zero help, zero refunds.
This is the absolute most worst H&R Block EVER! The first time I got my taxes filed there the HR representative did not file it correctly so I had to go back. Further, when I came back, there was no type of compensation or compassion provided or anything for their mistakes. They were just very nonchalant about it and were like OK go ahead and give us the rest of the money that we lied about and then we will proceed with filing your taxes “correctly.” Come to find out my taxes are still not filed correctly.
