We've been using Dave for 3 years. His pricing has gone up every year. This most recent visit was nearly $600.00 it wasn't even mentioned to us that it would be this much. I don't own a business and it isn't like Dave had to do additional work this year. Last tax season it was $400.00. Called the office and of course the manager works remotely with no set hours. Our advisor Dave was very nice and kind but quickly we saw that he was not competent in what he was doing. He was not able to handle a simple 8606 form and just W2s. We attempted to correct him several times by even showing him our old taxes and having him talk with our financial advisor (which cost us money) but he still made the mistake at the end and filed it, said "it would be fine". Very disappointing for nearly $500 and an hr of our time. We asked to speak with the branch manager and have yet to be contacted...
David has been doing our taxes for 3 or 4 years now. He is a pleasure to work with and we know we are in good hands!
