Waste of time. I was treated rudely by Dodie Brown for thirty minutes for a quarter effort. She put in the bare minimum effort and information without asking me a single question about deductions. Would have charged $260 for the same thing I'd do online. And then had the bravado to say I wasted her time, with no one in the lobby to help. Tax "experts"
Kara did such a great job with my tax return! I will definitely recommend and will be coming back. She was very helpful and professional and patient. She took her time and made sure she had all the documents to get the best outcome for me. I would recommend this place.
Want to be treated like you are not a person ? Want to have to sit there while they do your taxes ? Come here - I won’t and this is the last time I’ll use H&R Block.
Why is it that they advertise/post tax specialists at this location. but when You go to make an appt, they arent available at the location or other locations. this is fraud and fake advertising!
