Sandy/sandra K. screwed up not just our federal return, but our state one too! How is it that she had no idea how tax creds work and we do? Isn't she the one "certified" to do this stuff?? This was no simple issue either, we're talking hundreds of dollars!! Luckily one of the eau claire offices filed an amendment for us for free and got us our full return. I love getting my taxes done at the Durand office. The price is so much more reasonable than in Eau Claire and other H&R blocks. They are knowledgeable and did an excellent job, and I was very happy. They made something that could be difficult easy and explained what I needed to do to get my best tax refund. Thank you, Durand H&R Block!!
