Sarah was incredible. Prepared, informative, honest, and genuinely caring. Taxes have been extremely stressful for me in the past and I walked away a lot more relieved than in previous years when I taxed elsewhere. I hope to get her again next year.
Had a 3pm appointment and had told them prior to making my appointment that I would be filing for 3 years . When I get there the guy doesn't know how to do my taxes so I wait for 45 minutes to get seen by another person and she just wanted to have me leave my forms and she'll call me back she had another appointment. Instead of wasting my time they should of apologized and rescheduled my appointment! Now ill be going elsewhere from now on!
