My husband and I had a really horrible experience working with Allan Haas at the Holmes location. I had initially tried to do our taxes online and had come across some discrepancies. I had made the appointment to get some pointers and advice and then to potentially file our taxes there. Allan Haas had said they were in the business of making money and wouldn’t help out. This place is a scam!! They charge 400 dollars to tell you no advance!! Me and the wife filled at this location this year I was told I'm getting 1400 back and she was told to wait definitely go somewhere professionall the tax pros have very little experience I personally asked
Will never use again! Wish I could give zero stars. They failed to send my return electronically and lost my refund. Even have a piece of paper that preparer says it was sent. They did not care nor did they offer to fix it. Waited over a year for the refund.Do not trust tax preparer Albert Walters!!! H&R will con you out of hundreds then leave you hanging. Worst tax prep in 50 years!!!!!!! Use at your own risk....its all a con job. How telling....not even an owner response after calling corporate which is downright shameful.... read more
Beverly is our tax hero!! She fixed a huge mistake another H&R Block made. She filed an amendment for us for free (she didn’t have to do that) and got us the $6K we almost lost. She is the third person we had to go to to fix it as the others were no help. We will 100% only be going to her do our taxes. Thank you Beverly!!!
