Worse tax experience ever save your 400 dollars and pay professionals, these guys have no experience!! Literally
I made an appointment to have my city taxes completed. The person who was supposed to do them was leaving for the summer, but assured me that her manager would take over and handle them. I called back a week later and was told that the manager was handling a lot of requests but would call when she completed my taxes. It’s June 28th and I still haven’t heard back. Much like other people who have left reviews here, I had the most terrible experience with Cheryl Hulbert. I went in there in April to get my taxes done. Being a “non resident international” student, I told Cheryl of my situation and asked whether she’d be able to handle the non typical filing. She said she could take a look.
