First they miscalculated my taxes so I got fined by the state. Then they refused to honor their "peace of mind guarantee" so I have to pay for their mistake.
Front office laddies were nice but the guy doing my taxes acted as if he didn’t know what he was doing called me a week later (mind you he was supposed to call next day) to follow up with me and asked questions as if he didn’t even know who I even was or why he was calling me.
Unfortunately I realized that they may have made a mistake on my taxes from last year. I have called several times to discuss this, with no return call yet. It is holding up the filing of my taxes for this year. Super disappointed, especially when I paid $500 to get them done correctly.
If i can give them zero i'd definitely do so. Extremely rude personnel which do not listen to you and they seem confused and they ask other people in the office all the time. They charged me more than 300 whereas my friends used the same service for 60!!!! They messed up my tax last year and they do not even understand it! Even for the mess they caused they charged me again to correct it!. NEVER use this office; instead use one of the free online services.
Cheryl is the very best. She will get me in a very short amount of time. She always makes sure She has all the documents. She always charges a very fair price. She has excellent training and goes back on a regular basis to keep right up to date. I have told my friends, business associates, and family telling them what a excellent preparer She is and knowledgeable She is. I have been a very loyal customer having Cheryl do my taxes for the past 3 years and plan on her to continue being my tax preparer.
