This place is a huge rip off. My mother did her tax with Gail and she charged her almost $400. My mom tax is really simple, she have a part time job and it look less that 30 mins with Gail. My husband and I did our tax together with a CPA and paid less than $300. H&R Block need to look into this because this is almost robbing people. I’ll be contacting corporate!!!
Suneetha Bhat consistently knocks it out of the park year after year. She has a smile that lights up the room and is knowledgeable and personable. After 20 years of filing taxes, I finally met a professional that can maneuver around complex filings, is organized and does an excellent job explaining my things with patience. Suneetha is the best! If there were 10 stars, I’d give her that many! Highly recommend working with her!
They talk to you like you're stupid, you make an online appt and they take 3 days to give you answer. Then when you have to go in to get a replacement card, they tell you they require an appt to hand you a card. The Hanley location isn't worth going to. I'll stick with the Dale Marby location
