We had a very bad experience at the office located on waters Ave. Thankfully I called the office on Memorial to assist us. They were wonderful and Kind. Provide all the assistance we needed. Moving forward this will be the only location I go to. Thank you so much Anni.
Gail Hill, my tax professional, went above and beyond to help me this year with my taxes. She was knowledgeable and went to all ends to make sure my taxes were done right and on time. Cannot thank her enough for the time she put in to make sure my taxes were correct.

Trying to charge me nearly $600 for 45 minutes of work even after I owe in taxes. They provide no support. I repeatedly asked the manager if she would be okay with charging friends or family $580 dollars for 45 minutes of work and she refused to answer the question as she knows she is taking advantage of me. If they would have told me they would charge this much for a 45 minute conversation then I would have left immediately. I will also be going to the BBB and reporting this.
