If I could give less than a one star review I would Linda hall was my tax preparation associate she will tell you one thing then lie to you and tell you she never said it.you pay for their "protection" services then they cancel it randomly. When you try to go into the office to fix the situation the office manager will laugh in your face and tell you they can't do anything to help. I didn’t schedule an appointment but received one from H&R. My schedule is very busy and I need to coordinate a day. There is no way to talk with anyone over the phone. I think this is inconsiderate. I always appreciated the personal service in the past.
