The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The false advertise that you will speak to a tax professional, but you actually get tech support, and to speak to an "expert" its even more money. I was willing to pay for the so called expert, but tech support could not walk me thru upgrading to that package on their own website. Instead Sima, the tech support rep, asked me to chat with a rep online. I asked the chat how can I speak to an agent. I got computer automated messages. ....No one actually works here, ... read more
I have been going to H&R Block for 4 or more years, last year was the most they ever charged me with $250. I did ask Gail why so much and she said it was because I have so many forms this year I went I had basic filing and this year she tried to charge me $325 and told me that she has a $25 coupon that is ridiculous. You can go on TurboTax and do it for free H&R Block just lost a value Customer. And this time she was not friendly at all not smiling, communicating nothing. Will never go again
Simply can't say enough about the customer service experience provided by Ms. Gayle Waters. She is a consummate professional and an incredible asset to the H&R Block organization. My deepest thanks!
Master Tax Advisor Tom Robberson has been doing my taxes for years. I'm into stocks, IRA's, real estate, estate sales and other financial matters.
