It was pretty easy, multilingual as well as professional
Redonna McCullough was absolutely amazing. Was quick to provide me with the necessary information, very knowledgeable, a total sweetheart, and smells like brown sugar! I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block since 2012. Thank you for the great service, the quick self scheduling services, the ability to access my documents on the portal, and for the lovely tax agents.
Redonna was very helpful in helping to file our taxes, it was our first time in but she made the process very simple and easy to follow! She had excellent customer service as well. Will definitely be coming back next year to file with her!
